  • About COVID-19 affects
    We are still working hard as usual to make sure all orders arrive as fast as it can. Due to Covid-19 restrictions logistics are affected in most of countries. So be patient with your order and hope the the pandamic ends soon.
    About cards using on our site: It may take up to 5 days to verify the payment and card info. We will send you an email or SMS to confirm the payment card info and bill address info. We will cancel the order if the card cant go through the verification or info not matching.
  • How do I shop at
    Choose products from our site first. When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to cart". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag and click on "Proceed to checkout" to be led through the checkout process.
  • What is the currency on
    Prices on our site are listed in Canadian Dollar (CAD)
  • What are the benefits of creating a account?
    - Save various billing and shipping addresses to speed up the ordering process. - News and Exclusive Offers: subscribe to our newsletter to receive email updates on special promotions, new product announcements, gift ideas and more. 
 - Save Your Shopping Bag: your selection will be saved in your ‘Shopping Bag’ for checkout at a later date.
 - As soon as you have registered an account, you are able to access the reprepub Members club. If you choose to not sign up when creating an account, you can go to the ‘Profile Information’ section of your account to sign up at a later date.
  • Can I modify or cancel my orders?
    If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please send an email to as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be changed.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email or sms with tracking number and links when your order shipped. Also you can contact our customer service to check your orders tracking.
  • What service does Reprepub ship with?
    We use DHL and EMS express for the fast and most reliable service. We can also use eub or epack if customers from certain areas request us to do so.
  • I am ordering from Europe, will it be shipped via DHL?"
    Yes, you can order from Reprepub via DHL Express. Duties and fees need to be paid at destination by the receiver (who will need to clear the shipment in their own name) Terms and Conditions will have to be accepted before purchasing.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Order will be shipped out within 3 days. For international orders, usually it will be received within 7-10 days after your order has been placed.
  • Are clothes true to size?
    Different products have different sizes. There are slim fit, regular fit and oversize fit. Please check size chart or contact customer service to help you for size picking.
  • I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?"
    Due to high volumes of inquiries, it can take our customer service representatives up to 24 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people’s inquiries, please only email once. Also we support live online chat via app Wechat.
  • What is a pre-ordered item?
    Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on Reprepub. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order. You can cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch.
