Choose products from our site first. When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to cart". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag and click on "Proceed to checkout" to be led through the checkout process.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please send an email to customerservice@reprepub.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be changed.

We use DHL and EMS express for the fast and most reliable service.
We can also use eub or epack if customers from certain areas request us to do so.

I am ordering from Europe, will it be shipped via DHL?"

Yes, you can order from Reprepub via DHL Express.

Duties and fees need to be paid at destination by the receiver (who will need to clear the shipment in their own name)

Terms and Conditions will have to be accepted before purchasing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order will be shipped out within 3 days. For international orders, usually it will be received within 7-10 days after your order has been placed.

Different products have different sizes. There are slim fit, regular fit and oversize fit. Please check size chart or contact customer service to help you for size picking.

Due to high volumes of inquiries, it can take our customer service representatives up to 24 hours to respond. Sending multiple emails only delays yours and other people’s inquiries, please only email once. Also we support live online chat via app Wechat.

Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on Reprepub. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when you receive acknowledgement for your order. You can cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch.
